The company installed 38 SP systems during the period, raising its global installed base to 445 systems. The acceleration of the SP platform is key to establishing a new billion-dollar business line. It serves as a major complement to the company's multi-port platform, which generated the bulk of its $10 billion in revenue in 2025. Crucially, growth is not just coming from new machine sales; average system utilization in the United States climbed 25% year-over-year, showing that healthcare providers are using their existing systems more frequently.

Looking forward, the company is focused on geographic expansion and product enhancements, such as new software and extended-range instruments. The rollout of its SP stapler, which is already used in nearly 60% of eligible U.S. cases, is expanding internationally into Europe, South Korea, and Japan.
