Bitmine Reaches $15.1 Billion in Total Treasury Holdings as Ethereum Stash Nears 5% Supply

Bitmine Immersion Technologies, Inc. (NYSE: BMNR) reported that its combined treasury holdings of digital assets, cash, and marketable securities reached $15.1 billion as of October 18, 2026. The reserves include over 6.04 million Ethereum tokens, representing 4.9% of the total circulating Ethereum supply, alongside $582 million in cash and marketable securities, 215 Bitcoin, and strategic equity investments. During the preceding week, the firm purchased an additional 12,535 Ethereum, continuing a weekly buying cadence maintained since June 2025.

Bitmine remains the largest corporate holder of Ethereum and the second-largest digital asset treasury globally. The company currently has more than 5.06 million Ethereum tokens deposited into staking protocols, generating an estimated $309 million in annualized staking revenues. Despite recent volatility in technology and semiconductor equities spilling over into digital asset markets, management noted that underlying operational fundamentals remain strong across its validation network infrastructure.

Going forward, the company is aiming to reach its target of acquiring 5% of the total global Ethereum supply. Market participants will also be tracking the institutional expansion of Bitmine's validator network platform, alongside evolving federal regulatory frameworks surrounding digital asset treasuries and staking rewards.
